What we collect

• Food sale orders: your name, email, phone number, address, what you ordered and any notes you add.
• Payments: your name, email, address, the amount, and the type and last four digits of your card. Stripe handles your full card number. It never reaches us.
• Hall rental applications: your name, email, phone number and organization, details of your event, and anything you tell us in your application. If you sign a rental contract online, we also keep your typed name, the time you signed and your IP address as a record of the signature.
• Contact messages: your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• Our email list: your email address, your name if we have it, and how you joined.

Why we use it

We use your information to fill your order, take your payment, send receipts and reminders, handle your rental, answer your questions, keep the club's financial records, and send you news if you are on our email list. We do not sell your information.

Our email list

You join our list by signing up on this site, by placing a food sale order, or by having been on the list we used before this site. We email you about food sales and events. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to take you off by calling or messaging us. Unsubscribing does not stop emails about an order or rental you already have with us.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the companies that help us run this site, and only what they need to do their job, including:

• Stripe processes card payments.
• Postmark delivers our emails.

These companies may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to local laws. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

This site uses a small cookie to keep forms working and to keep staff logged in. Our payment page also loads Stripe's secure card form, and Stripe uses its own cookies to process payments and prevent fraud. We do not use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order, payment and rental records for as long as we need them for the club's financial and legal records. We keep you on our email list until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. We may need to keep some records, such as payments, to meet our legal obligations.
